๐ŸŒˆ Pride, the Holy Spirit, and the Truth About June ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ”ฅ (Part 1)

Hello and welcome back, my friends ๐Ÿ‘‹.

This month, I felt led by the Lord to do something different—something needed. There’s a lot being said and done in the name of “love” and “inclusion,” especially during the month of June ๐ŸŒˆ. But not all of it reflects the heart of God. And while many of you already know June is called Pride Month, what continues to astonish me is not simply the actions of the LGBTQ+ community—but the number of professing Christians who participate in this month’s events like they’re part of a holy celebration ๐Ÿคฏ.

Let me be very clear from the beginning: there is no such thing as a “gay Christian” or a “progressive Christian.” ❌

You are either a follower of Jesus Christ—submitted to the Lordship of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit—or you are not. There’s no middle ground ⚖️.

You are either filled with the Holy Spirit and being corrected, refined, and transformed by God ๐Ÿ”ฅ… or you are walking in deception ๐Ÿšซ.

It only becomes “complicated” when sin is excused, scripture is twisted, and the Holy Spirit is absent.

But I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s get into it ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ‘‡.

๐Ÿ•Š️ The Source of Truth: The Holy Spirit

What’s most concerning isn’t just the celebration of sin—it’s the use of scripture to justify it ๐Ÿ˜ต‍๐Ÿ’ซ.

At Pride events across the nation, I see street preachers trying to share the gospel, only to be shouted down by people quoting twisted versions of God’s Word ๐Ÿ“ข๐Ÿ“œ.

So here’s a question for anyone calling themselves a “progressive” or “LGBTQ+ Christian”:

❓ Did you ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and revelation before interpreting that scripture?
❓ Did you ask Jesus to reveal the mystery of His Word to you by His Spirit?

If the answer is no, then how can you claim to rightly divide the Word of Truth?

๐Ÿ“– “But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.”
(1 Corinthians 2:10)

You can’t have revelation without the Holy Spirit๐Ÿ•Š️.

You can’t have the Holy Spirit without Jesus ✝️.

๐Ÿ“– “If I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.”
(John 16:7)

๐Ÿ“– “He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”
(Matthew 3:11)

So before you quote scripture to defend sin, answer this:
๐Ÿ‘‰ “Have you received the Holy Spirit?” (Acts 19:2)

๐Ÿ’ฅ The Bigger Issue: Not Just Homosexuality… But Pride Itself

Now that we’ve addressed that, let’s zoom out. This article isn’t focused solely on homosexuality ๐Ÿ›‘. That’s a topic for another time. My deeper concern today is pride. The very thing this entire month is built upon ๐Ÿณ️‍๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ“›.

Ask any self-professed progressive Christian who supports this month:

What does God say about pride?

Let’s go to the Word ๐Ÿ‘‡:

๐Ÿ“– “Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to the Lord; be assured, he will not go unpunished.”
(Proverbs 16:5)

๐Ÿ“– “Pride disgusts the Lord. Take my word for it—proud people will be punished.”

So why, oh why, are "Christians" celebrating a month dedicated to what the Lord hates? ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

๐Ÿ“– “The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; pride and arrogance and the evil way and the perverted mouth, I hate.”
(Proverbs 8:13)

You can’t honor God by embracing what He opposes ๐Ÿšซ.

It’s not just about sexual sin—it’s about heart posture

Pride is more than a flag—it’s the spirit that says, “I will not bow.” ๐Ÿ˜”

And what does God say about that?

๐Ÿ“– “The day of the Lord of Hosts will be against everyone who is proud and lofty... they will be humbled.”
(Isaiah 2:12)

๐Ÿ“– “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”
(James 4:6)

๐Ÿ’— But... Isn’t God Love?

Yes, He absolutely is. ❤️

But here’s the truth most ignore: God’s love does not cancel out His holiness.
Yes, He loves all people. But not all people love Him.

If you claim to love God, then why do you celebrate what disgusts Him? ๐Ÿคท‍♂️

๐Ÿ“– “Let the one who boasts, boast in this: that he understands and knows Me—that I am the Lord, who exercises faithful love, justice, and righteousness on the earth, for I delight in these things.”
(Jeremiah 9:24)

God is love—but He’s also just, holy, and righteous ๐Ÿ’ฏ.

If you truly love Him, then you should hate what He hates and delight in what He delights in.

๐Ÿ“– "The sinful man in his pride does not look for God. All his thoughts are that there is no God."
(Psalm 10:4)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Real People. Real Freedom. Real Change.

We’re not here to condemn—we’re here to point to Jesus, the One who saves and transforms. And the proof is in the testimonies. Don’t just take my word for it—watch these powerful stories of men and women who left the world of Pride and stepped into the Kingdom of God:

๐Ÿ“บ Testimonies of Transformation:

These are real lives, real hearts, and real miracles—all made possible by the grace and power of Jesus Christ ๐Ÿ™Œ.

๐Ÿ“ข To Be Continued...

This is just the beginning, my friends. There’s more to unpack—and I plan to go even deeper in the next post ๐Ÿ’ฅ.

But for now, reflect on what the Word says, not what the world says ๐ŸŒ✝️.

We need boldness, not compromise.
Truth, not confusion.
The Spirit of God, not the spirit of the age.
